For university-bound students

Cal Summer Experience (CSE) has changed it’s application process for the Summer 2014. Due to high demand of the program, we will only be accepting nominations from a select group of counselors, program coordinators, and Community Based Organizations. We regret that we do not have the resources to accommodate the hundred of students, but we hope that you continue your interest in attending UC Berkeley.

At the bottom of this page, we have provided a link to other organizations that may be providing summer programs in 2014.

For Selected Counselors and Program Coordinators

This year’s Cal Summer Experience will take two parts. The first will be an on-campus 2-day residential program for prospective transfer students, to take place on June 20-22, 2014. The second part will take place in Southern California on June 28, 2014 for prospective freshman applicants. We have already sent nominations forms to selected counselors and program coordinators. The programs are offered at no cost, however, all of our students are expected to provide their own transportation to the locations and back.
