All undergraduate majors and minors are listed in the Berkeley Academic Guide. With the Guide, you can compare programs, find detailed degree requirements, discover faculty research specialties, and learn more about the unparalleled academic opportunities available to you at UC Berkeley. Please be aware of high-demand majors in the College of Letters & Science.

Regarding second bachelor's degree: Only the College of Chemistry considers applicants for a second bachelor's degree, and only for the Chemistry or Chemical Biology majors.

Course Threads Program

In an effort to facilitate departmental interconnection, the Townsend Center for the Humanities has created the Course Threads Program. Open to all undergraduate UC Berkeley students, the Course Threads Program is a valuable opportunity to explore different disciplines. Through this Program students are able to take courses across departments: from Human Rights, to Historical and Modern City, Cultural Forms in Transit, to Sciences and Society, and photography, students can visit multiple topics while satisfying their graduation requirements.
